Tour Lock Pro Weights

Tour Lock Pro is a revolutionary weighting technology that allows every golfer to fine tune, personalize and enhance the performance of any golf club.

Testing shows that optimizing the weight of a club produces a more consistent, tighter ball contact dispersion with the clubface, raising the “power transfer ratio” resulting in greater distance, improved accuracy and better club head feel.

Now it is easy and affordable to fine tune every golf club in your bag. There are 8 TLP weights to choose from; 8 gm, 12 gm, 20 gm, 40 gm, 60 gm, 80 gm and 100 gm. Each weight is interchangeable and simple to install, which makes it easy to find the optimal weight for every club in the bag; from putter to driver.

Tour Lock Pro’s Patent Pending Innercore Clamping and End Cap Technology securely holds Tour Lock Pro weights in place with no chance of loosening or rattling.

The weight raises the balance point of the club increasing overall feel, while at the same time, dampening unwanted vibration, producing a better feel and a solid, sturdier club.

Tour Lock Pro conforms to U.S.G.A. and R & A Rules of Golf.

Tour Lock Pro Weights is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GRAPHITE The inside diameter of graphite shafts is smaller than steel shafts. It was a tight squeeze for the modifier tool. After cutting through the grip I had to cut out the grip tape in order to get the tool inside the shaft. The cutter loosened some of the graphite fibers in one of the two shafts because of the tight fit. The wall thickness of graphite shafts is thick enough that the flange diameter could be reduced and the weight could be installed before the grip. I didn't think the cutter that made the recess worked that well either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT PRODUCT I have these weights in my driver and my putter and I will not play without them anymore. The shot dispersion with the driver is so much tighter I can pick a target and just let her rip. It might fade or draw a little by it will not be far off the target line. With the right weighting the putter feels much more stable through impact.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great idea with one flaw I have purchased 20 different weights and am currently unable to use 7 of them. The rubber expanded is not durable, it separates from the nut after a few removals and reuses. The end of the screw threads are notched to keep it from coming off but also makes it hard to replace. MFG needs to offer replacement expander

Rated 5 out of 5 by from review I have my clubs 1 inch above standard. Because of this my swingweight was over D5. I needed the extra weight in the butt end. easy to install, as a matter of fact it takes all of 5 minutes. I just bought some more weights to finish out my set. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tour Lock Weights These weights are great. We use these for back weighting wedges, putters and drivers. This provides a great feel to putters and wedges for a better release and distance controll. This is a great product.

Can the tour lock pro weights be used in a super stroke 2.0 counter core grip?

Asked by: Bob10
No, I tried inserting a Tour Lock weight into the Super Stroke 2.0 Counter Core grip and it would start in but the cap on the Tour Lock would not go in.

How are the end caps used?

Asked by: Downtown
The end caps are used to plug the hole in the end of the grip if you decide not to use a weight.

What's the difference between the Tour Lock Pro Weights & the Tour Lock Pro Counter plugs?

Asked by: Charlie
The Tour Lock Counter Plugs get installed under the grip cap. You install the weight then install the grip and the grip would have to be removed to change the weight. The Tour Lock Pro Weights get installed in from the butt end of the club through a hole in the end of the grip and can be changed without removing the grip.

Can these be screwed in to the but of a club to try them out?

Asked by: Dav
You could put them in the shaft before you install the grip to keep from drilling the hole in the top of the grip to install them. They also have the Tour Lock Pro Counter Plugs TLCP8 which are designed to be installed under the grips without drilling the hole in the top of the grip. https://www.golfworks.com/tour-lock-pro-counter-plugs/p/TLCP8/

I have an odyssey superstroke tank cruiser grip I'm wanting to install on a putter so I can adjust end weights (between 12g-25g) based on conditions. would these fit/hold in that grip? (it's just the grip with the dime sized hole, no metal screw)

Asked by: Sean
The cap on the Tour Lock weights is a little bigger then the opening at the top of the Super Stroke grip and it will not fit flush. The Tour Lock weights do fit down into the Super Stroke grip and can be expanded to fit.

Is there a replacement for the rubber bladder. I have used these before and it seems that the rubber starts tearing after you use them a couple of times.

Asked by: Sanchman
No Tour Lock does not offer a replacement rubber bladder.
