UST Mamiya Frequency Filtered Putter Shaft

The new Frequency Filtered™ putter shaft amplifies touch and feel. And if you like to feel every putt, then you are about to feel real good. This radically new putter shaft design improves the ability of all players to perceive or feel where ball impact occurs on the face. This instantaneous feedback results in improved putting ability since the player learns to consistently stroke more putts on the sweet spot of the putter. Feel becomes clearer and so does the confidence to make solid contact to sink more putts.

Filtering Diffuser in the mid-section filters out higher, unwanted vibrations. Therefore, only the true feeling of the ball impacting the putter face is released to the hands.

Interlinked Carbon fiber in the butt-section creates a tremendous amount of hoop strength for a consistently solid feel in the hands.

Steel tip-section makes the shaft a perfect fit for the hottest putter heads on the market.

  • .355" and .370" tip diameters available
  • Frequency Filtered technology promotes feel on every putt
  • Straight and double bend profiles available

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like Butter!!! Let me start off by saying that the guys/gals at golf works are GREAT...seriously customer service out of the blocks quick and on point with getting your needed info for the club/shaft. Put the shaft in a Nike Method 90 butter head....now if you haven't tried these putters they have a lot of feedback as it is...with this shaft....OOOOBOY like butter. You can feel everything distance, where it hits the face all of it. Ive played 3 rounds so far and its made my putting go so much better no more 3 putts or as many two putts longer then 2 feet left. Great would say the best thing I've done for my golf game in years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should be Illegal!! Everyone must try this shaft!! I'm shocked that I'm not seeing it being used on tour, but maybe it is and just not seeing it? I literally went from being an 'average' putter to an 'above average' putter. Almost every putt I hit has a chance of going in! We spend hundreds on driver shafts but forget to look at the shaft for the club that actually scores!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Sensation I had The GolfWorks install this shaft in an Odyssey 2-Ball putter. They did and excellent job of matching the bend and lie angle adjustments. The shaft has a very smooth sensation when making a stroke. The ball rolls excellent, and the feel is awesome!!!

Can you tell me the lie angle used for the Odyssey putter shaft? Any chance it would fit another putter with a 70 degree bore heel shaft?

Asked by: BColts
The Odyssey double bend shaft is set up to create a 70 degree lie angle. Odyssey putters that use a double bend shaft do not have a 90 degree bore or post angle. The bore or post is actually angle slightly towards the putter face. The Odyssey putter shaft will not fit a 70 degree bore heel shafted putter.

What shaft would fit a Scotty Cameron squareback 1 ? Also could I send my putter into you to install?

Asked by: Wyndance
We do not stock a UST Frequency Filtered putter shaft that will fit this Cameron Putter. The double bend UST Frequency Filtered putter shaft is an Odyssey replacement shaft and it is not designed for a 90 degree hosel bore or post. I cannot tell for sure from looking at a picture if this putter has a 90 degree post. The folks at Titleist and Cameron will not give out this information on the Cameron putters. If it is a 90 degree post we could special order the UST Frequency Filtered putter shaft for this putter. You would need to contact GolfWorks Customer Service and they can help you with a special order. https://www.golfworks.ca/contact-us/a/222/

What shaft will fit in a Scotty Cameron Select Newport (2013)? Thanks!

Asked by: MAK
The Cameron Newport (2013) uses a .355" taper tip putter shaft. In the UST Frequency Filtered shafts it would be the US0011P or in a steel shaft it would use the YST.

I have a Nike 006 Method.  Plumber neck Rory model.  .370 which style shaft would work? Thanks

Asked by: Dreday
If it is a .370" tip diameter shaft the US0010P in the UST Frequency Filtered shaft will fit. You could use any .370" tip diameter straight putter shaft for this putter. All of the following shafts could work. TT0001P, TT1008P, FS0007P, FS0006P, FS0051, AP0005 & AP0006.

Hey there, I have a Machine M2A converter I'd love to equip with this shaft. I can't find any info regarding shaft diameter. Do I need a .355 or a .370?? Any info is appreciated

Asked by: Ganzoo
I sent and email to the company asking what tip size shafts they used in the Machine M2A Converter putters. They tell me that the majority of these putters use a .370" tip diameter but that they have done some custom orders where they were made to use a .355" taper tip putter shaft.

Would this shaft work for the Bettinardi Queen Bee 6 in a double bent shaft?

Asked by: dschilz7
I have sent an email to Bettinardi to get the shaft specifications for the shaft they use on the Queen Bee 6 putter. The double bend UST Frequency Filtered shaft we stock is a replacement for the Odyssey putters and the Odyssey double bend putters are not a 90 degree hosel bore or post. I am not sure if the Queen Bee post is 90 degrees. If it is we do not stock a UST Frequency Filtered putter shaft to fit it but we could special order one. I will let you know what I find out as soon as I hear back from Bettinardi.

What shaft will fit an Odyssey two ball putter?

Asked by: JSS
If your 2 ball putter uses a double bend shaft then the US0012P Frequency Filtered Putter shaft will fit. If your 2 ball putter is a center shafted putter that uses a straight shaft then the US0010P Frequency Filtered Putter shaft will fit.
