UST Mamiya Pro Force V2 Graphite Wood Shafts is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Distance and feel! Just received the Taylormade Tour Burner Driver with the V2 shaft (stiff)! What a combination! Gained 20+ yards to my drives! Thank you Neil!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Having the shaft PUREd makes a difference Was somewhat concerned about the manufacturer's rated torque for this shaft (3.7 degrees) when I ordered it. However, I wanted to try a shaft less than 60 grams in weight and the V2 was the only one I found in the 50 gram range with the lowest torque rating in your catalog. I was presently surprised when the PUREing process measured it at only 2.8 degrees. Played it for the first time and was very pleased with the results. The dispersion pattern was very good and MUCH better than the shaft that came with my new Callaway XR2. Can work the ball either way with this shaft without over doing the draw or fade as was not the case with the Fujikura shaft that came with the club. Ps: would also be interested in a sub 60 gram S or X mid trag. shaft with even less torque if one becomes available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shaft I had my driver reshafted (KE4) with the V2. Awesome! really solid, nice ball flight/launch. I was so impressed I had my 3 wood reshafted and my hybrids with the V2

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quality at a great price Paired the X75 to a KE4 St-fd 3 wood at ~38.5", I'm 5'7", and I'm knocking the ball off the deck 240-270 yards. High trajectory the majority of the time, I've never had my swing speed checked, but I assume it is up there. Vast improvement over my Wilson beginner set 3 wood. Probably going to mate one of these to a KE4 ST-2A. That or the tour version with the 1.8 degree torque rating (please get these in stock, the only place I have found them is ebay).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shaft I used the Proforce V2 55 gram A-Flex shafts in a Maltby PFT 10.5 degree driver and KE4 SSFI 3-metal and could not be happier with the results. I am 66 years old and the A-Flex works great for me. I have increased my distance with both the driver and 3-metal. The flight trajectory is lower with these shafts and this gives me some additional roll. These new clubs have replaced a 2009 Taylormade Burner driver and Burner 3-metal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too spinny a shaft I got golf town to put this shaft into my G30 driver for me. I found that this shaft is great if your swing speed is between 95 to 99mph(foresight and GC2). When my swing speed was between 100 to 105mph the distance increased but the spin rated went up from 3200rpm to somewhere between 3600 to 4500rpm. I would think that it would be great for a fairway wood or hybrid but not a driver.

I have the 65g R in my Sonartec 3 wood...if I trim it more will it play closer to a stiff flex? I haven't measured how long it is at the moment, had it installed a year ago but I'm now swinging with more confidence.

Asked by: JRGarcia
Thank you. Would tip trimming and NOT using an extension really hurt me much?

Can I get this with the tip for my Taylor made R11s so I can simply unscrew existing shaft and put on new shaft.  This way I can have 2 shaft options to use based on conditions.  please send cost/ time to complete

Yes we can set this up for you. You will need to order the TM0016 Taylor Made Adaptor for the R11S driver. To get all your final costs and time you will need to call Customer Service at 1-800-848-8358 and they can help you. They will also get all your specifications and grip choice so that we get this set up correctly for you.

Hi, what is the characteristic difference that makes the 65g R 3B2H and the 55g R a 3B2M or more neutral regarding propensity to fade. Similarly, I noted another shaft that was 3B2S in <60g and 3B2M in 65g.

Asked by: Leftorright
A shaft with an H code to correct a hook has a lower torque rating and a shaft with an S code has a higher torque rating. The M code is for torque ratings in the mid range. A mid range torque is in the 4 degree range.

I already have this same shaft on Callaway razor halk head. Love it. want to put same shaft R in another Calaway razor halk head, different degre ot loft though. Question, what is main difference between the 65 & 55 gram shaft. Currently have 65 gram Reg

Asked by: liquid
Obviously the 55 is lighter and this weight change is noticable. Our profile testing on the 55 and 65 show the 55 R flex to be a little stiffer in the middle and tip section of the shaft compared to the 65 R flex. The 55 having a higher torque will make up for some of this stiffness difference and keep the 55 from feeling stiffer.

What is the cost for a ProForce V2 65R Shaft with a Taylor Made RBZ Stage 2 adapter, Pured, cut to 45" length with a Taylor Made grip? I have a 9.5 degree driver that I play at 10.5 degrees.

Hello, I am interested in this shaft. I see in the description you reference a .350 tip but I am not seeing a way to add it to the cart. Will I need to purchase the .335 and then use a tip shim?

Asked by: Doug
UST no longer makes the .350" tip size. That is our mistake and we will get the description corrected.

Where is the kick point on the R shaft?

Asked by: Tom
On the ProForce V2 55 gram shaft the R flex is a mid kick point shaft. On the 65 gram version it is a mid/high kick point.
