Finally, a revolutionary technology that will change how you think about iron shafts. UST Mamiya’s new recoil iron shafts are a game changer. In the past, heavy weight graphite iron shafts felt dead and stiff. With UST Mamiya’s exclusive recoil™ technology, we have brought feel back into the shaft, while allowing players to hit a wide range of shots that result in better distance control and pin seeking accuracy.
By positioning over 19 different layers within the shaft, we were able to create a design that outperforms the best steel shafts in the market.
Heaviest option in the Recoil™ .355 taper tip family.
Provides a higher damping rate for better feel, with less stress on the joints..
Recoil™ 125 produces a medium to lower shot trajectory.

Great shaftBought this shaft a couple months ago to replace the x100 steel shaft in my Titleist 712U 3 iron. I was looking for a lower, more penetrating flight off the tee and this shaft delivered. It has good weight and the extra stiff option was on par with that of the x100 steel shaft. Great option for this club if you're like me who uses a driving iron from the tee on shorter par 4's.
