Winn Golf Grip Specifications

Winn Dri-Tac Golf Grips is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favourite grips I have used these grips for more than two years. They have excellent feel and maintain reasonable grip in wet conditions. I live in a subtropical area and never use a glove. Longevity not an issue for me I play 150+ rounds per year and they last at least that long in all but the most used club(driver) which I replace after 9 mths.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Feel The Winn grips are absolutely as advertised. Butter soft with great tack and feel Wet or dry these grips perform. In today's grip market these are mid-price, but offer top shelf feel, quality and performance. Minus 1/4 star for durability, but that's just being picky. If you prefer a really firm feeling grip than these are not for you, but if want to reduce your grip pressure without sacrifice, then I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Gloveless Grip I have been playing gloveless for the last 2 years since going to the Winn grip. You simply do not need to waste money on gloves using these grips. Just regrip all my clubs with the midsize grips. Hit em straigh n Hit em long all day long with these babies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Winn Dri-Tac grips I recently re gripped all my clubs with Winn Dri Tac medium grips. They ere, without a doubt, the best feeling grips i've ever tried. Feels like a new set of clubs to me. Helped my game all around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Winn Dri-Tac Grips The softness takes a bit of getting used to but, once done, the Dri-Tac is an all-waether, sure winner. Very comfortable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BAD QUALITY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a complete set less than a month ago. One of the grips started to split. I call winngrips and was passed to a person named jeff. I explained the situation and informed him that the grips were less than a month old and only used twice. first he ask me if the split is where my thumb lies. It was not but what does this have to do with the problem? the grips are less than a month old!! and the club on which it is on is a utility club that I only use in special occasion (safe to say I only used that grip twice) It was not the driver! Second he suggest that the delamination had to do with how they were installed! All of this in a demeaning and sarcastic tone. Finally he said to take a picture and send it to him and he would determine if it was unwarrantable. If he would have just told me to take a picture and send it to him right of the back (which is what I was expecting) I would have done so. This is a $6.00 dollar item (there cost $1.50) Is it worth loosing a customer over this? The sad thing is I was told by several avid golfers that there quality was bad and I did not listen. As it turn out I decided that this is a company that I have no interest in dealing with. I'm removing these grips and installing all new GOLF PRIDE GRIPS. I suggest you do too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice feel My wife has been using these grips on her irons and hybrids for over a year, she says they are the best. For thirty years I have been using another brand of grips on my irons. I noticed the last batch seemed to get slippery after a few months, I decided to test the DriTac on a 7 iron. I like the non-slip feel and will be switching to DriTac grips.

My daughter has disabilities and requires a stroller or wheel chair.  Would these work on her grips?

Asked by: Ricer69
Without the specifications of the grip handles we could not say if these grips would work. If we had the diameter and the length of the handles on the stroller and wheelchair, we could determine if they would work.

Will the ladies fit on any club even putters, drivers and hybrids? Can I order red ones

Asked by: Angela
The Winn WN0083 grips have a core size of .590, which means they would be women's standard length when put on a shaft with a butt diameter of .590". They can be installed on shafts with butt diameters from .580 - .610, but would be a little more difficult to install on a .610 but diameter shaft. Also, if you install them on a larger butt diameter shaft than the core size, the actual plaing size of the grip will be larger. The women's .590 core only come in Pink/Gray and Gray color options.

I have 8 papers under normal grip. Do these grips come in Jumbo and if so what's the differential in number of papers.

Asked by: Phil
Yes these grips are available in Oversize. Winn calls them Oversize instead of Jumbo (WN0088). Here is the link for the Oversize models. https://www.golfworks.com/winn-avs-dri-tac-oversize-golf-grips/p/WN0088/ If you current grips are a .600" core size installed on a .600" butt diameter shaft and you installed 8 layers of build up tape that measures .010" when folded in half you would have a finished grip size that should measure .980". A Mid Size grip measures .960" and an Oversize or Jumbo grip measures 1.020". 1.020" would be the equivalent of adding 4 more wraps of the build up tape.
