Standard Shipping and Handling Charges

Shown in the Shipping Rate Chart valid for within the contiguous 48 states, are for Ground Shipping by our choice of the most efficient and economical carrier for your order. Orders placed Monday-Friday online before 12:30pm EST and phone orders placed before 1:30pm EST in most cases will be shipped within 3 to 5 workdays. Orders placed after 12:30pm on Friday and on the weekend, will ship on the following Monday.

Optional Express Service

Available guaranteed delivery to most destinations in 2 business days (not counting the day it ships) for $10.95 plus US Ground delivery charges.

Overnight Service Available

Next day air shipments take 1 business day (not counting the day it ships) $19.95 plus rate chart shipping. An additional charge is required for Saturday delivery.

What If I Never Received My Order?

We send an email order confirmation and an email ship confirmation to the email address that you provided when you submitted your order. Please watch for these emails so you can track and follow your package for delivery.

Occasionally package may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.

If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered per your tracking number but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Must contact Customer Service within 7 days from when the tracking number shows delivered for us to contact our carrier and have a driver follow up started. If you do not receive your package and do not contact GolfWorks until after the 7 days of the package showing delivered by the tracking number FedEx or GolfWorks are not liable for the package/s.
