Electric Heat Gun

A great value - a must have for heating golf clubs for shaft extraction. Slow heat from a heat gun will help protect the painted finishes on metal woods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor quality I am a loyal Golfworks customer and purchase many quality items from the Golfworks, but this is not one of them. Broken after only 4 months of (limited) use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile and a great value. I bought this heat gun after seeing it used on Hickory Golf Workshop. I have already used it to heat several hickory shafts to straighten. It is well built with a smooth motor and consistent heat. A good value and I can already picture other uses.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Bought three in last 4-5 years. they just keep burning up won't last long on any temp setting. Kept buying it because the first one came in a carrying case with accessories. The only bad product I ever bought off them. Otherwise they have great prices and great customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heat gun I purchased a heat gun and used it to reshaft a set of graphite irons. All but one slid right off. Way easier than a butane torch

can this heat gun soften pvc pipe so it can be reshaped?

Asked by: Schnaegl
I am not an expert with shaping PVC but I would think this could work except on the thicker larger diameter size PVC pipes.

What doos it  it do

Asked by: frankie bu
The heat gun is used for a number of things in club repair. It can be used to heat the clubhead to remove it from the shaft. http://www.golfworks.com/images/art/2008ReshaftGraphite.pdf It can also be used to remove the old tape under a grip when regripping. If you warm the old tape with a heat gun it will come off the shaft easier.
