The GolfWorks has several methods for you to place an order.

How do I place an order?

On the Web

Follow the easy check out procedures to place an order. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order was received. You will also receive an email notifying you that the order has been shipped. Please review it and verify that your order is correct prior to submitting online, as we process orders quickly and may not be able to make any changes.

GolfWorks Outlet Store

To Cancel or Change an order just placed!

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order that was just placed. Please email us at golfworks@golfworks.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee*

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a full credit or exchange - your choice. We give you 45 days from the shipping date. Some restrictions apply, please contact customer service if you have any questions on these restrictions below at 1-800 848-8358.

Shafts must be new or installed/prepped by The GolfWorks to qualify for a refund. Call tags will only be issued due to an error by The GolfWorks on an order or a defective product. All return items are subject to inspection before a credit is authorized. The GolfWorks reserves the right to issue credits to the original method of payment or an in house credit to be used on a future order. All returns must have a Return Authorization number provided by GolfWorks Customer Service, before they will be accepted at The GolfWorks.

45 Day Price Protection**

Buy with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US Dealer or Distributor on an in-stock product, call or email us. We will match any verifiable price advertised as of the day you call. If you've already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 45 days, contact us and we'll refund the difference upon verification.

** Advertised items must be new. Used, demo-models, factory seconds and discontinued merchandise do not qualify for Price Protection. Products must be advertised, in stock and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine or catalog (you may be required to email or fax a copy of the offer to us).
