does the weight travel up and down the shaft to show the correct timing for contact or is it fixed.?

Asked by: bluesboy
No the weight is fixed at the end of the shaft. It does not slide up and down the shaft. You might want to check out the Gabe Golf swing trainer. It has sliding weights inside the shaft. You can even hit shots with this swing trainer.

I understand how it helps your grip. How do you know if you are swinging it correctly? How does it improve your swing/swing line? I know how the weight helps.

Asked by: Ludie47
The molded grip is lined up with the curve in the shaft. The curved shaft helps put you in the proper backswing positions and feel the proper release positions when you make swings. The weight helps with these position but also swinging the weighted shaft helps to strengthen your golf muscles.

How do you use it?

Asked by: Ludie47
The molded grip is to get you to grip it properly. Then just make swings with it. It is that simple.

Is there instruction anywhere?  How many times a day should it be used? How many swings? Do we swing a full swing?  Should we tee up a ball to pretend swinging.  There is no information on maxfli web siteabout this item

Asked by: Dorothy
No instructions. Can be used as often as you would like. Most will use it as a warm up device and a strengthening device. Designed to be used in full swing, to exercise the muscles used during the golf swing. Training grip shows the proper way the club should be gripped.
