Product Availability
All merchandise listed in the catalog is available to our international customers. Some shipping restrictions may apply to hazardous materials. All shipments are subject to the custom and duty regulations of individual countries.
Shipping
The GolfWorks utilizes a variety of shipping methods including FedEx, UPS (only if you have a UPS account), and Air Parcel Post. Shipping costs are calculated on weight and dimensions of the order. Transit time varies according to shipping method and destination.
Payment
For our international customer orders, The GolfWorks accepts a variety of credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal and wire transfers.
Returns
In order to return a product you purchased, a RA (Return Authorization) is required. Please email us at customerserviceip@golfworks.com to ask for a RA (Return Authorization). All shipping expense for returned products will be the customer's responsibility. Credit will be issued once the returned product sent back is received and determined that the product is in its original condition. Any credit refund will issued in the original method of payment and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
