Maltby KE4 MAX Forged Custom Irons

The Maltby KE4 MAX-F Forged irons offer a unique combination of increased distance and Super Game Improvement playability in a true forged iron design.

Using advanced 3D CAD modeling in the design process of the KE4 MAX-F allowed for optimized center of gravity locations of each iron head in the KE4 MAX-F set. This is accomplished by strategically placing CMC (Ceramic Matrix Composite) material internally into each club head to move as much metal mass as possible towards the toe of the club head. The CMC material also features dampening qualities that greatly improves sound and feel for muted and buttery-soft feeling golf shots.

Many strong lofted Players Distance irons available spread the loft gapping between of their mid to short irons by as much a 7° of loft which decreases distance consistency in the scoring clubs. The KE4 MAX-F irons maintain a consistent 4° loft gapping in the scoring irons and wedges for more consistent scoring club distances. 

 The KE4 MAX-F Forged head weights can be customized to allow multiple shaft and length options to optimize the weight and feel for a wide variety of build options. The stock 8-gram weight of the KE4 MAX-F irons can be exchanged to increase or decrease the club head weight by +/-6 grams using the Maltby T-25 (MTW001) screw weights.

• Universal hosel accepts both .370” parallel and .355” taper golf shafts.
• Recommended ferrule 102PI (.370”) and 91TI (.355”).
