Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything you need This was the first time I regripped my clubs myself, and this kit made it easy to get everything I needed. The amount of solvent was plentiful, which was good, since many other 'kits' only have really small bottles. The amount of tape and solvent can be used for many regripping sessions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is what it is. Just got it and I haven't had a chance to use it yet so I can't comment on quality, but you get what is advertised. The instructions on how to use the gauge are a little sketchy. Could be better. Looking forward to getting new grips soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Kit Everything I needed to get the job done quickly and back on the course. Just don't use the grip installer tool, adds no value and after one club I quit using it. Otherwise this kit will get you started in a great way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Grips We have been having a friend to put new grips on for us and we decided to try it ourselves. Got this about two weeks ago. It was exactly as they said. Replaced them without any problems. Thanks for a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great Works as described. Takes about 7 minutes to change out a grip. The solvent that comes with the kit is ok, but I bought the more eco friendly solvent which works much better without any smell or fumes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Grip Installer Shipment arrived quickly and with a little learning curve for me, I was installing grips on my clubs and then my grandson's clubs. Really happy with the purchase.

What's the purpose of the Grip Universal Gauge?

Asked by: Mike
The Universal Grip Gauge allows you to measure the size of the existing grips and it is also used to measure the size of the new grips that are installed. It can also be used to identify the butt diameter of the shaft. Here is the link for the instructions for the Universal Grip Gauge (MAGG) so that you can see how it is used.

How many grips will this kit replace?

Asked by: Freddybcuz
With the 18 yard roll of double sided grip tape and assuming approximately a 10" strip of tape for each grip that would be 64 grips from the grip tape. The solvent can be recycled and reused and that could also get you close to the 64 grips.

I tried to purchase kit but they said they couldn't ship solvent because it was flammable. It's such a good deal. When I put everything but solvent in cart it's way more. Is there anything you can due to put a low price kit together without solvent?

Asked by: Joe H
Please contact customer service to see if we can exchange the solvent in this kit to one that is non-flammable.
