Maltby DRT Forged Milled Custom Wedges

The Maltby DRT series wedges have been meticulously designed to fit the needs of any type swing type any type of turf conditions. Whether you play on wet, soft, firm or tight turf conditions, have a steep or shallow attack angle, have a high skill level or just learning how to play the game, there is a DRT wedge grind that will enhance your game.        

 The DRT wedges are co-forged forged from soft 1025 carbon steel and CMC (Ceramic Matrix Composite) for an incredibly soft and feel and optimal center of gravity locations not typically found in wedge designs. The CMC is a very light material that when positioned correctly helps to move mass towards the center of the club face and greatly eliminates typical design shape restrictions due to excessive weight to allow for wider range of sole widths without sacrificing the clean, player preferred, traditional wedge aesthetics.

• Utilizes CMC (Ceramic Matrix Composite) strategically placed internally to achieve Optimal Mass Placement (OMP), greatly enhancing feel and optimizing trajectory control.
• Progressive vertical weighting positions cg lower in low lofted options and higher in high lofted options to aid in controlling trajectory and spin for each loft.
• CNC Milled face ensures face flatness for more consistency.
• CNC Milled Micro Grooves allow for more grooves on the hitting surface to increase backspin and better control.
• W grind (Wide Sole) designed with full face grooves, providing more consistent spin on shots hit anywhere on the face.
• Available in traditional Satin Chrome (all models) and DBM Black (G, S, A grinds).
• DBM (Diamonized Black Metal) is the most durable dark finish available and provides increased surface hardness without affecting feel or adjustability.
• Available in 16 loft, sole width and bounce options to fit a wide variety of player types and turf conditions.
