On any gripping station, would I be bale to upgrade from the quick clamp to either of the speed clamps?

Asked by: Ralph
The GW0111 is the Speed Clamp that comes on the Portable Grip Station (MA2015). The Premium Speed Clamp (BB9073) will not fit the Portable Grip Station. You could change the clamp with the Quick Shaft Clamp (GW0051). It would fit the Portable Grip Station.

I have the floor mount version of this gripping station, can it be converted to a portable?

Asked by: kank
Yes the floor mounted gripping station can be converted to a portable station. We do have the base and uprights for the Portable Station and those are the pieces you would need to convert this gripping station. The ordering code for the base and uprights is MA2000P and the cost is $180.00. If you would like this it would be best to contact Customer Service at 1-800-848-8358.

Can u tell me what the red item is on the right side of this unit?  Also is the portable version stable enough for gripping station used a lot or should I mount to floor?

Asked by: Parshooter
The red item is a notched holder to rest clubs against while regripping. This link will give you a better picture of how it works. In our schools here at The GolfWorks I have been using the portable gripping stations for a number of years without any problems. It works well.
